Location: Faringdon, Oxfordshire
Pay: £ – £ per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 3:00pm
Job Type: Part-Time (Lunch Cover)

Your Role as Lunch Cover Practitioner
As a valued part of our team, you will:
Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children
Support daily routines during the lunch period
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Assist in delivering age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS guidelines
Help maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene
Contribute positively to team life, offering support and learning from others
Who We’re Looking For
Someone with a genuine passion for working with young children
A team player who brings energy, creativity, and care to their role
Prior experience in an early years setting is an advantage, but not essential
