Are you a people person with a passion for creating a welcoming and professional environment? We're on the lookout for a superstar Front of House Office Assistant to be the friendly face of the office and keep things running smoothly!
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism
2. Ensure refreshments and break out areas are stocked
3. Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
4. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
5. Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms as needed
6. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
7. Support general office administration tasks
8. Assist with onboarding new starters and visitor access
About You
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
11. Confident using Microsoft Office and other office systems
12. Previous experience in a front of house or administrative role is desirable
