Salary: £33,075 - £50,471 per annum (+SEN Allowance)

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individual or small group support, either within or outside the classroom.
* Plan and deliver lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students with SEN.
* Create engaging and adaptive learning resources that support student growth.
* Assess student progress, providing regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
* Foster independence and help develop social and emotional skills.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for students.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children with special educational needs.
* A passion for developing students’ potential and overcoming learning barriers.
* Adaptability and ability to deliver lessons tailored to various learning styles and needs.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* NVQ in Childcare and Education or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
* Ideally, Team Teach, TEACCH, or positive handling training (or willingness to undertake training).
* A clear and valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
