As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations and support ongoing product and process development initiatives. About the Role This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all engineering and maintenance activities across the site. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient operation of production machinery, facilities, and mechanical systems while driving continuous improvement across the business. The role combines operational leadership with strong technical involvement, requiring a proactive and practical approach to maintenance, troubleshooting, and engineering development. You will also play an important role in a major re-engineering and product development programme, supporting the introduction of new product lines and manufacturing capabilities.
