We are now looking for dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join our team.Key Responsabilities:
* Sorting and processing recyclable materials
* Ensuring quality control and reporting any issues to supervisors
* Keeping the workspace clean and compliant with health and safety standards
* Supporting with general duties across the facility as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a production, warehouse or recycling environment is desirable but not essential – full training provided
* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
* Ability to work Monday to Friday
* Full flexibility, including the ability to work Saturdays when required
* Good level of physical fitness – this is a manual role
* A team player who is punctual, reliable and safety-conscious
