Social Care in Action (SCA Care) is a trusted, not-for-profit care provider supporting people to live independently and safely within our Extra Care Schemes. We are currently recruiting a Support Worker/Care Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team at Winfrid House in Totton.

Shift Patterns Available Morning shifts: 07:00 14:00
Evening shifts: 16:00 21:00
Long day shifts (with a 1-hour break)
Rota-based work with alternate weekend availability required
About the Role Support Worker / Care Assistant
As a Support Worker within our Extra Care Scheme, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own self-contained apartments. Your role will help people maintain independence, dignity, and choice while promoting wellbeing and community engagement.

About You

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential
