Client Reporting Team Supervisor An opportunity to join AFH Wealth Management, one of the UK’s leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms. The purpose of this role is to supervise and oversee the administration and generation of client annual valuation reporting (AVR) and quarterly transactional reports (QTR). Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed and to a compliant and high standard. As our Client Reporting Team Supervisor you will typically: Manage the generation with a high level accuracy of AVRs to support adviser reviews Manage process of generation, quality control and delivery of QTRs within agreed service levels, whilst working with other stakeholders to ensure accurate content for continuous client satisfaction Manage performance of the team through 1:1 and goal setting, ensuring that productivity targets and servicing of clients’ accounts are met on an individual and team basis Analyse weekly and monthly team MI, proactively forecast resourcing requirements to meet SLAs, ensuring escalation to line manager where necessary and provide suitable commentary for board report submission Conduct quality audits for the team to ensure consistency of service standards and procedures Ensure that all administration systems are maintained, client data is accurate and up to date where appropriate, referring any discrepancies to other teams as necessary Support the delivery of any project work as required Maintain a clear understanding of service propositions and adherence to Consumer Duty and how the business seeks to comply with this FCA requirement. What we are looking for in our ideal Client Reporting Team Supervisor: Demonstrable experience of managing and supervising a team Previous experience with training and mentoring staff A good understanding of the financial services market and investment products Knowledge of Consumer Duty Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Delivery focused, with a drive for quality throughout.
