Software Engineering Manager
Up to £80,000 + Travel Allowance + Bonus Scheme
Hybrid working - 2/3 days per week.
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams and drive the delivery of high‑quality, scalable solutions. This role combines people leadership, technical oversight, and strategic thinking. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure engineering excellence, support team growth, and enable the successful delivery of our product roadmap.
Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers.
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
* Collaborate with Product and Design on roadmap planning.
* Provide technical guidance and support good engineering practices.
* Improve processes, tooling, and team performance.
* Recruit and develop engineering talent.

* Experience managing engineering teams or leading technical delivery.
* Strong engineering background with modern tech stacks.
* Great communicator and collaborator.

* Comfortable balancing technical and strategic leadership.
