What you'll actually do:
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Handle enquiries, payments, and delivery queries like a pro.
* Prepare export documentation and coordinate with transport providers, import agents, and vets to keep international shipments seamless.
* Work closely with Sales, Production, and Technical teams to solve issues and keep customers informed.
* Build strong relationships with logistics partners and customers.
* Spot ways to improve processes and share ideas that actually make a difference.
