Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, shaping architectures that meet technical demands and business goals.
* Translate client needs into innovative designs, ensuring successful delivery from scoping through to implementation.
* Own solution architecture, provide guidance on modern technologies, and bring together cloud, CRM, and business expertise to deliver lasting value.
* Engage in pre‑sales activities, presenting technical solutions and value.
* Collaborate with diverse teams, sharing knowledge and learning new technologies.
Required Qualifications
* Extensive experience implementing large Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and business solutions deployment.
* Proven ability to assess feasibility of integrations and migrations from non‑Microsoft platforms.
* Demonstrable Dynamics 365 SaaS administration and on‑premise installation experience.
* Proficiency in Azure and Power Platform solutions.
* Advanced business knowledge in CRM, Marketing, or Field Services domains.
* Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
