IT Manager


We are recruiting anIT Managerfor a well-established, well-regarded business based in Boston. ThisIT Managerrole is a hands-on, delivery-focused position and is not a people-management role. TheIT Managerwill take ownership of IT systems, infrastructure, and projects, working closely with the business to deliver tangible improvements.


ThisIT Managerposition is being hired directly by the business and will suit anIT Managerwho enjoys ownership, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery rather than managing large teams.


The Role

AsIT Manager, you will own the day-to-day IT environment while leading two major projects in your first year:

* Implementation of a newVoIP phone system, including stakeholder engagement and change adoption

* Delivery ofISO 27001, working towards an external audit scheduled for April


Alongside these projects, theIT Managerwill remain hands-on across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networks, security, suppliers, and general IT operations.
