Panoramic Associates are working with a well-regarded care provider who are seeking an experienced Interim Turnaround Support Manager to lead urgent improvements within a care home in the West Midlands. This critical role will focus on driving compliance, stabilising operations, and preparing the service for a successful CQC inspection.
🏥 Role Summary
The Interim Turnaround Manager will be responsible for identifying areas of concern, implementing robust action plans, and mentoring the existing team.
✅ Key Responsibilities
* Conduct a thorough audit and develop a targeted improvement plan
* Lead on CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance
* Support and coach the Registered Manager and team
* Engage with staff, residents, families, and external professionals
* Monitor progress and report regularly to senior stakeholders
👤 Candidate Profile
1. Proven track record in turnaround roles within adult social care
2. Deep understanding of CQC frameworks and regulatory expectations
