What the Job Involves You will provide a professional mechanical engineering service by specifying and designing new mechanical systems and managing projects from inception through to completion. This includes acting as a contract administrator, handling procurement, and overseeing contractors and external consultants. Your responsibilities also involve ensuring project delivery within budget and timescales, conducting inspections, writing technical reports, leading procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. You will coordinate and manage resources efficiently, ensuring value for money, and provide technical representation at meetings and stakeholder consultations.
