About The Team
The Cloud Operations Team sits within the Operations Function at Softcat and is dedicated to driving excellence in cloud strategy & execution. The team is structured into two dynamic units: Cloud Procurement and Marketplace Cloud Enablement. The Procurement team manages the end‑to‑end procurement of all vendor cloud programs, while the Enablement team leads the charge in cloud marketplace transformation, delivering a simple, transparent, customer‑centric experience.
Your Role
You will sit within the Marketplace Cloud Enablement team, working closely with cross‑functional teams across AWS, Microsoft and Google to facilitate Cloud Marketplace transactions. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the success of the Marketplace by driving engagement with internal sales teams and customers, and supporting stakeholder enablement, documentation, process improvement and unmanaged vendor support.
What You'll Be Doing
* Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to drive Cloud Marketplace revenue.
* Understand the AWS partner network and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of AWS Marketplace trends and developments.
* Provide proactive and reactive co‑sell support to sellers and hyperscaler teams, including assisting with developing proposals, demos and other customer‑facing materials.
* Continuously monitor and analyze Cloud Marketplace performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Assist Sales and Operations teams with the procurement transaction process from development through distribution reconciliation.
* Support Cloud Marketplace enablement with sellers to ensure greater adoption, acceleration and growth.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
* A proven track record of driving revenue growth.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
* A customer‑centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
