What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator
* Register applicants and arrange property viewings
* Conduct viewings and secure tenancy agreements
* Negotiate rental terms between landlords and prospective tenants
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
* Generate new business opportunities and win lettings instructions
* Ensure compliance documentation and tenancy paperwork are completed accurately

* Previous residential lettings experience is essential
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Professional, confident, and well-presented manner
* Ability to build rapport with landlords, tenants, and applicants
* Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to business generation
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
