1. Develop and draft procurement and commercial strategies, creating credible options that aid client decision-making in commercial structures, payment schemes, and market approaches.
2. Contribute to the creation and analysis of key procurement documentation and negotiation processes with Defence/Public Sector entities.
3. Provide rigorous analysis and insights to support evidence-based solution development and change.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in designing solutions and business transformation activities that align with overarching strategic goals.
5. Foster strong professional relationships with clients and third parties, ensuring seamless integration of expertise and enhancing client experiences.
6. Engage continuously in learning and skill development, sharing knowledge and insights within teams.
7. Proven consulting experience or relevant commercial experience in the public sector, especially in strategic roles.
8. Demonstrable expertise in managing complex stakeholder relationships and strategic decision-making.
9. Strong analytical skills with experience in generating actionable insights and recommendations.
10. Knowledge of Public Sector best practices, DEFCONS, DEFFORMS, and other relevant standards and frameworks.
11. Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of Defence & Security sector issues and have experience in complex commercial procurement projects.
