Salary: Highly competitive, DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm
Contract: Permanent
What youll be doing
* Providing comprehensive secretarial support to commercial property lawyers
* Managing files throughout the conveyancing process
* Preparing, amending and formatting legal documents
* Handling correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries
* Conducting diary management and organising appointments
* Liaising with clients, agents and external stakeholders
* Assisting with the administration of property transactions
* Ensuring all documentation is accurate and filed correctly
* Supporting the team with general office administration

* Experience as a legal secretary within property (commercial preferred)
* Strong understanding of the commercial conveyancing process
* Excellent typing and document-production skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team
* Professional communication and client-care skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
