The primary purpose of your role is to manage the development of your designated clients who will potentially be across different industry sectors. A strong and robust Client roadmap focusing on incremental value is crucial to the success of your role. You will have the ability to present in good detail to your Clients across a multitude of projects such as data, CDP, analysis, Insight, CRM & general day-to-day operations, giving our clients confidence in your ability to ensure the partnership has maximum impact.
You will work with a well-established client and supporting teams, assisting with day-to-day management such as planning, scheduling, briefing, and delivering exceptional client service. You will be the voice of the client internally, ensuring the completion of not only BAU project delivery but also any bespoke requirements/projects created by XCM or the Client.
You will be a confident, organized, and driven individual with a passion for building and maintaining relationships, delivering value, and possessing strong technical knowledge to guide clients in utilizing the Horizon platform to its full potential.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Understanding client reporting & KPIs and providing insights to help develop proposals.
2. Keeping clients informed with regular communication on projects.
3. Managing & progressing the Client Roadmap with support from your team and senior stakeholders.
4. Maintaining and updating client documentation, requiring strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
5. Supporting planning, scheduling, and delivery of work across the Client team, meeting service level agreements.
6. Informing senior stakeholders of key opportunities and issues.
7. Supporting accurate commercial reporting and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate weekly.
