Night Senior Care Assistant
Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.85 per hour + Paid Breaks + Overtime at £15.35 per hour
Annual Salary: £30,248.40 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus*
Hours: 8pm 8am, two-week rolling rota:

* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

* Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

On behalf of our client, a luxury care provider in Chorley, P4 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Night Senior Care Assistant to join a state-of-the-art care home offering outstanding residential, dementia, and respite care.

About the Role:
As Night Senior Care Assistant, you will lead and support a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing and mentoring the night care team.

* Administering medication and ensuring detailed documentation.

* Monitoring residents wellbeing and implementing care plans in line with their individual needs.

* Ensuring compliance with all safeguarding, health & safety, and CQC requirements.
