We are working with a welcoming Mainstream Secondary School in Bexley that is seeking a skilled School Administrator to join their team immediately on a full-time, long-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience in schools, particularly with SIMS or BROMCOM, who thrives in a fast-paced, front-office role.
Responsibilities:
* Managing daily school operations and administration
* Using SIMS or BROMCOM to maintain accurate pupil records
* Handling enquiries, supporting staff, and liaising with parents
* Assisting with attendance, admissions, and event coordination
* Ensuring safeguarding and data protection protocols are upheld
Requirements:
* School administrative experience is essential
* Proficiency with SIMS and/or BROMCOM
* Excellent organisation, communication, and IT skills
* A valid DBS on the update service is preferred
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
