The Position We are looking for a Sous Chef (or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up) to join our small but well-established kitchen brigade. Working alongside a Michelin-trained Head Chef, you'll be part of a hands-on team delivering high standards and seasonal, evolving menus in a fast-paced yet rewarding kitchen. You'll have real input into menu creation, a great work-life balance, and the chance to develop your skills in an independent pub that values creativity and quality over corporate processes.
