GSL Education are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Grimsby. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified HLTAs and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking flexible and rewarding classroom experience. About the Role As a HLTA, you will support teaching and learning across the primary age range, stepping in to lead lessons when required and working closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality education. Your role will be key in maintaining continuity and supporting pupil progress. Key Responsibilities Lead whole-class sessions in the absence of the teacher. Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons. Provide small group and one-to-one support to pupils. Assist with classroom management and pupil assessment. Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment. Requirements HLTA qualification or equivalent experience. Experience working across EYFS to KS2. ECTs are welcome to apply.
