This role is a Fixed-Term Contract for Maternity Cover. Join our team at Darwen Aldridge Community Academy and play a vital role in promoting excellent attendance and a positive learning environment across the academy. In this key role, you will work closely with the Assistant Principal to uphold high standards, ensuring all students are supported to attend regularly and achieve their full potential. You will help create a safe, welcoming, and cooperative atmosphere where both staff and students can thrive, while providing essential administrative support to the Attendance Service. Experience in administration (education setting desirable but not essential).
