Overview
Fixed term, 37 hours per week. Salary: Unqualified £32,753.97 – £34,306.88 per annum; Qualified £36,058.84 – £45,524.92 per annum. Location: Rodbaston Campus.
Safeguarding

Responsibilities
* Deliver GCSE Mathematics to 16‑18 and 19+ cross‑college groups, creating an inspiring and carefully sequenced curriculum.
* Implement up‑to‑date teaching and learning pedagogy within the classroom and through online mediums.
* Adapt the curriculum and assessment to meet the diverse needs of learners from varied vocational backgrounds and support needs.
* Collaborate with the English and Mathematics Curriculum Manager and the Director of English and Mathematics to advance departmental objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree (preferably related to mathematics).
* Full teaching qualification (PGCE or DTTLS) and experience in the FE or schools sector.
* Experience of GCSE delivery is essential.
* Newly Qualified Teachers are welcome to apply.
* Track record of success, passion, enthusiasm and flair for teaching.
