Reporting to the Warehouse Chargehands, we are seeking several team members to join us as Mobile Plant Operators on various shift patterns at our Sittingbourne Plant.
The shift patterns include: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm, and Monday - Saturday morning 10:00pm - 6:00am.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Plant Operator, you will work efficiently and accurately within the warehouse, performing quality checks and monitoring operations. You will ensure the forklift truck is well-maintained and contribute to high customer satisfaction by verifying that goods are correctly loaded and dispatched on time.
Responsibilities Include
* Adhere to health and safety procedures to ensure safety for yourself and others.
* Accurately pick orders and load trucks efficiently.
* Communicate issues promptly to ensure smooth shift handovers.
* Ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers.
* Maintain accurate stock records.
* Follow quality systems and established operating procedures.
* Keep detailed records and report issues clearly.
* Identify and segregate defective products, replacing damaged items with new pallets.
* Contribute to site system improvements and safety adherence.
* Perform other tasks as required to fulfill your role.
What We'd Love For You To Have
* Ability to read and interpret dispatch notes accurately.
* Experience with quality systems.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
* Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck license.
