They are expanding their Ellesmere Port branch and seeking an experienced recruiter to join their education desk and drive growth in the local market.
The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an
Education desk in Ellesmere Port
. This role offers the opportunity to work across Primary, Secondary, and SEN recruitment, building strong relationships with schools in the local area and supporting candidates into rewarding roles.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle within the education sector, from sourcing candidates to securing placements
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with schools and educational institutions in Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas
* Source, interview, and place candidates in temporary, long-term, and permanent roles
* Consistently achieve personal and team targets relating to placements and revenue generation
* Play a key role in the growth and success of the Ellesmere Port branch
Requirements:
* Proven experience in education recruitment (Primary, Secondary, and/or SEN)
* Strong local knowledge of the Ellesmere Port/Cheshire education market is an advantage
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Driven, resilient, and able to work in a target-focused, fast-paced environment
