Job Title: SEND Teacher

Contract Type: Part time temporary
Leader Education are recruiting a Teacher to join a SEND Primary School.
This school supports pupils with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). All pupils have an EHCP in place to ensure their individual needs are met.
Ofsted has praised the school for being inclusive, friendly and inspirational, with a strong commitment to providing the highest quality learning experiences for every child.
The normal working pattern is 3 days a week with hours of 8:30 until 16:30.

The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications
* A current DBS that is on the update system, or a willingness to obtain one
* Previous experience as a teacher
* Ability to effectively deliver the curriculum, offering support, advice and guidance to pupils
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with pupils, colleagues, parents and other professionals
* High expectations and aspirations for young people and themselves
