The Role This heavy hitting Tier 1 ranked Commercial Firm are looking for a Commercial Associate / Senior Associate 4 PQE to join their flourishing Manchester office in the heart of the City. In this role you will be working alongside the UK's heavy hitters in the Commercial Contracts / IT space. Through leveraging the firms international client base, you will be dealing with complex, large scale commercial transactions assisting on all forms of commercial / tech contracts. You will have access to the most complex, legally stimulating commercial work on offer outside of the city. The team advise on all commercial agreements, including in relation to manufacturing, supply and procurement of goods and services, distribution (whether through agents, distributors or resellers), outsourcing, and joint ventures. This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm likes to push their lawyers with a view succession planning and are keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers. Requirements You will be a Commercial Associate with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience) You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills You will have strong business development capabilities Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, on offer is an excellent benefits package and bonus scheme.
