Quantity Surveyor – Residential Build (£10m) Manchester £55,000 – £65,000 Car Allowance About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Manchester to oversee a £10m residential development made up of a mix of houses and apartments. You’ll play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring commercial control, cost accuracy, and smooth delivery from start to finish.
