Relief Manager
All duties relating to the manager in the absence of the manager
Relief manager should keep manager informed of any issues that have arisen during their shift
Taking and paying out bets
Checking liabilities
Dealing with customer queries/ complaints referring to Complaints and Disputes procedure where necessary
Logging into IM so that other staff and representatives from Chisolms till support and security can maintain contact with you
Use the monitored customer facility on the till to keep track of relevant monitored customer turnover
Complying with Health and Safety Regulations
Complying with Gambling Commission regulations
Dealing with any faults/ repair issues and reporting these to the relevant suppliers, reporting those that cannot be dealt with to head office
Setting up shop on opening
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of shop during day including keeping betting slip dispensers and pen dispensers stocked
Complying with cash handling procedures
Closing shop at end of day including emptying machines and balancing cash. Locking safe and setting alarm
Cleaning shop at end of day including
* Empty bins
* Clean FOBT's and SSBT's – screens, buttons and footplates
* Toilets and basins
* Sweep/hoover shop floor and behind counter
* Clean kitchen area and wash up pots
* Clean tables, shelving and counter area
* Mop floors if required
* Clean door handles
* Clean plastic screens
* Machine chair bases to be cleaned if required
* Staff till area to be cleaned with anti bacterial spray
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.73 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 33 per week

Education:
* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
* Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
