Overview
Our Client, an Automotive family run independent Car Garage in Petersfield, is currently seeking a Senior Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.

* Competitive salary package more than £45k DOE pa
* Hours: Basic 40hrs pw - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Plus every other Saturday 8am-1pm (on a rota).

* Annual leave: 30 days (22 days + 8 bank holidays)
Responsibilities
* Leading by example as a senior technician and providing technical expertise to other technicians when required.
* Liaising with customers and keeping them up to date on the progress of their vehicles.
* Drive a positive culture within the team.
* Positively engage and contribute with all departments and the Senior Management team.
* Any other tasks as required by the Client Service Manager & Directors.
Requirements
* Proven experience working as in a senior vehicle technician
* Experience with diagnostic equipment and working on electric/hybrid vehicles (ideal).
* Great communication skills
* Leads by example.
* Good IT skills.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
* Able to work well under pressure and manage a busy workload.

For your hard work our Client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £40,000 to £45,000 - Package (with o/t) worth in excess of potentially £53,000 + pa.
Hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role are 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri and every other Saturday 8am - 1pm (ability for some flexibility would be required for this role).
