Driver’s Mate – Tilbury
Location: Tilbury
Pay: £12.71ph
Monday to Friday | Early starts between 4:00am–5:00am
We are currently recruiting for a Driver’s Mate to join a busy and growing team based in Tilbury. This is a hands-on role supporting drivers with daily deliveries and ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently to customers.
Duties will include:
1. Assisting drivers with multi-drop deliveries
2. Loading and unloading boxes and pallets
3. Helping to ensure deliveries are completed on time
4. Heavy lifting and manual handling
5. Maintaining a professional and helpful attitude when dealing with customers
What we are looking for:
6. Previous Driver’s Mate or warehouse experience would be advantageous
7. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
8. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
9. Well presented and professional
10. Able to work early morning starts
11. Good communication and teamwork skills
