Job Description
Job Title: Office & Operations Manager
Location: North Wales, PA (100% Onsite)
Salary Range: $85,000 – $130,000
Industry: Fast-Growth Consumer Goods
Be the Backbone of a Thriving Company
Are you a powerhouse of organization, a natural problem-solver, and the person everyone turns to when things need to get done—fast and right? We’re working with a rapidly growing consumer goods brand in North Wales, PA, and they’re looking for a hands-on Office & Operations Manager to be the glue that holds the day-to-day operations together.
This isn’t your typical desk job. It’s your chance to own operations in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where your impact will be visible and valued. You'll collaborate across logistics, accounting, vendor relations, and internal teams, keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine as the company expands nationally.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Run the daily rhythm of the office—keeping systems, teams, and processes on track
* Work side-by-side with senior leadership on logistics, vendor oversight, and strategic initiatives
* Tackle financial tasks including AP/AR and assist with financial operations
* Act as the go-to liaison between departments: Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Product
* Manage vendor and client contracts—reviewing terms, tracking renewals, and ensuring compliance
* Troubleshoot and manage shipping issues via FedEx, UPS, and third-party logistics partners
* Keep multi-department projects on track and aligned with growth goals
* Pitch in where needed—especially during busy seasons or shifting priorities
* Continuously look for ways to streamline operations and improve workflows
What You Bring to the Table
* Bachelor’s degree (required)
* 3–8+ years in operations, logistics, or office management—preferably in consumer goods, e-commerce, or high-growth settings
* Experience managing FedEx/UPS shipping and third-party logistics
* Confident working with contracts and supporting vendor relationships
* Exposure to financial processes like AP/AR and budgeting
* Strong tech skills and comfort with ERP systems
* Clear, professional communicator (written and verbal)
* A collaborative spirit and "figure-it-out" attitude
* Able to work onsite in North Wales, PA full-time
Why This Role Rocks
* You’ll be a core team member—not just a cog in the machine
* Get involved in high-impact work across departments
* No red tape—your ideas will be heard and implemented
* Casual, fast-moving culture where growth is part of the journey
* Strong potential to grow with the company as it scales nationwide
