SEND Teacher Wanted for Specialist School in Manchester We’re searching for an experienced SEND Teacher to join our dedicated team at a specialist school in Manchester. What you’ll be doing: * Planning and teaching lessons tailored to each student’s unique needs. * Creating a welcoming, safe classroom where students feel supported. * Collaborating with teaching assistants, therapists, and other staff to meet individual goals. * Using positive behaviour strategies to engage and motivate students. * Tracking student progress and sharing updates with the team and families. * Supporting students during activities like breaks or therapy sessions. * Following safeguarding and emergency procedures to keep everyone safe. * Keeping student information confidential.
