Are you an experienced Process Development Manager with a strong background in food manufacturing? Do you have a passion for improving processes, driving efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement across production environments?
We’re looking for a capable and committed Process Development professional with proven experience within food manufacturing or FMCG. You will have a strong track record of leading process improvement initiatives, optimising manufacturing performance, and supporting new product or process introductions while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency.
Reporting to the Group NPD leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, practical problem-solving ability, and the confidence to work closely with production, engineering, technical, and quality teams.
In this position, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction, waste minimisation, and productivity improvement. You will support trials, lead root cause analysis, standardise best practice, and ensure processes are scalable, robust, and compliant with relevant food safety and quality standards (e.g. BRCGS, HACCP).
You will also contribute to the successful delivery of new product development (NPD) and process changes, ensuring smooth transitions from concept through to full-scale production. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be required to influence stakeholders at all levels and provide clear guidance and training to site teams.
By joining the team, you’ll be part of an organisation that prioritises innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, offering you the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the business and play a key role in shaping future manufacturing capability.
