What You’ll Be Doing
* Implement and maintain HSE management systems, policies, and procedures
* Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (MOM, SCDF, NEA, LTA)
* Perform Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) duties under MOM requirements
* Investigate incidents, near‑misses and occupational illnesses and prepare reports
* Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and statutory submissions
* Manage contractor safety programs, medical surveillance and industrial hygiene monitoring
* Support fire safety requirements, environmental compliance and facilities‑related activities
* Coordinate safety training, inductions, drills and safety campaigns
* Track HSE performance and prepare regular reports for management and Group HSE
Who We’re Looking For
* Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field
* Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM, Singapore
* At least 5–8 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in industrial or multi‑site environments
* Minimally 3 years of experience in supervisory role
* Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and regulatory requirements
* Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills
