The roles and responsibilities of HR Operations Administratorrole:
* Overseeing and ensuring adherence to Time and Attendance System compliance for both Retail and Head Office operations.
* Collaborating with Retail and Head Office departments to uphold company HR Policies.
* Providing support to users in resolving timesheet errors and issues to guarantee precise and timely payroll data submission.
* Administering Time & Attendance system, which involves advanced user management.
* Generating and disseminating compliance reports, escalating concerns when required.
* Monitoring support mailboxes and promptly addressing queries and issues.
* Writing and maintaining accurate support documentation
To be successful in this HR Operations Administratorrole:
1. 1 year + admin/office management or coordinator role in a head office environment
2. Ideally having experience as an HR or IT Administrator or Coordinator .
3. Experienced in workforce planning tool, such as kronos but is not essential
