What you’ll be doing…
* Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience; work closely with kitchen and bar staff to deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
* Greet and seat customers warmly and professionally.
* Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar team.
* Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
* Attend to customer needs and respond to enquiries or special requests.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
* Process payments and handle cash or card transactions when required.
* Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
* Assist with setup and closing duties as needed.
Working pattern: 5 days out of 7 | 25 hours per week
What can you bring?
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
