Salary: £54,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Strong hands-on experience as a Power BI Analyst / Developer Advanced Power BI (Desktop & Service) and DAX skills Solid data modelling experience (star schema, dimensions, measures) Strong SQL and experience working with relational data Proven experience delivering dashboards in real-world service environments Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and multiple stakeholders Desirable: Experience within Social Care, Education or Public Sector analytics Desirable: Familiarity with inclusion, SEND or needs-based datasets Desirable: Experience working with sensitive or regulated data Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Power BI semantic models and dashboards Build and optimise DAX measures and KPIs Work with Social Care and Education teams to understand requirements and translate them into clear, actionable reporting Source, validate and profile data from multiple systems Resolve data quality and definition issues Apply best practice for performance, usability and accessibility Support testing, documentation and handover to internal teams Technologies: DAX Support Power BI SQL Architect More: We are looking for an experienced Power BI Analyst to support the design and delivery of a key Inclusion and Needs Insight Tool across Social Care and Education.
