TP Tutors is seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutors to provide tailored one-to-one tuition for children and young people across Andover and surrounding areas.

Hours: Flexible part-time and full-time roles available
About the Role
This role involves working with learners who may struggle in mainstream education due to additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH challenges, anxiety, or disrupted schooling.
As an SEN Tutor, you will deliver personalised learning sessions that help students rebuild confidence, re-engage with education, and make steady progress academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition sessions
* Adapt lessons to suit individual learning needs
* Support confidence, motivation, and independence
* Track progress and adjust teaching approaches
* Work closely with parents, carers, and professionals
* Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with children or young people is beneficial
* Backgrounds in education, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, care, or support roles are welcome
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient, calm, and adaptable approach
* Reliable and organised with a commitment to learner success
* Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
* Ability to travel across Andover and surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
