In this role you will contribute to teaching, development of teaching materials and administration of apprenticeship programmes in the Department of Engineering in the School of Computing, Engineering and Digital Technologies, as well as contributing to the wider School and University. Thepost requires knowledge of asset management and experience in teaching and assessing undergraduate students and apprentices. You must be able to demonstrate contemporary knowledge and skills in this subject area.
Some ability to develop curriculum materials including work-based learning would be desirable.
Experience of working in the armed forces, defence sector companies/organisations would be desirable.
Membership of relevant professional bodies would be desirable.
The position we are filling is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory DBS disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required as part of our clearance procedures.
