Job Purpose (Including But Not Limited To)
* Install broadband and TV services
* Resolve broadband faults
* Optimize speed in customers' premises for clients such as TalkTalk and BT
* Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services
Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited To)
* Complete all work to the required quality standards in line with best practices and client requirements
* Educate customers on installed services and ensure customer satisfaction
* Work efficiently, maintain a clean environment, and ensure excellent customer service
* Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
* Complete necessary training to develop professional skills
* Comply with company policies and health and safety regulations
* Operate tools safely and ensure environmental regulations are followed
* Hold a Full Manual Driving Licence (required)
* Work authorization in the UK (required)
