Reporting directly into the Operations Director, you will lead with vision and precision ensuring the seamless delivery of service excellence, strong client relationships, and commercial performance. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of multi-site contracts, providing strategic oversight and operational excellence Act as a trusted partner to clients, building strong, long-term relationships Inspire and manage a high-performing management team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and development Oversee financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and industry regulations Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service enhancement Key Requirements Demonstrable senior leadership experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, construction, facilities, or similar operational sectors Strong expertise in managing complex, multi-site contracts and delivering commercial results Excellent accounting, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities A strong commercial mindset with a focus on client relationship management and continuous service improvement A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one) Full clean UK driving licence Why join us?
