We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our busy and evolving transport team in our Home Delivery Network, working for a leading logistics company.
Based in Harlow, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating transport activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods, while providing exceptional customer service and support to colleagues and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Pattern
Working 5 days a week, Monday – Saturday, on a 2-week rotating shift pattern (including 2 Saturdays every 4 weeks).
Responsibilities
* Lead and support the transport team with strategic thinking and continuous improvement.
* Use IT systems such as Flexipod, WinSight, Vision, and Telematics to manage transport operations.
* Coordinate with maintenance suppliers to ensure service levels.
* Ensure compliance with transport regulations and requirements.
* Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* Experience in logistics is desirable but not essential.
