About the role
Join us as our Scrum Master and be at the core of our operations, bringing experience and a proactive attitude to improve our business processes. You will lead as a guiding figure for your team and facilitate the Scrum process to drive technological efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring agile practices
* Manage all Scrum events such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective.
* Promote Scrum and Agile practices across the team and wider organization.
* Embrace agile principles, focusing on iterations, product development, and customer value.
1. Managing a team of changemakers
* Ensure alignment between IT and stakeholders on project goals and deliverables.
* Inspire and guide your team in making agile decisions and improvements.
* Coach and support team members, fostering a respectful environment.
1. Taking the initiative
* Stay updated with market trends and emerging technologies.
* Drive process improvements and explore customer-centric solutions with senior teams.
* Handle complex projects confidently.
1. Embracing what’s next
* Serve as the technical contact for business development and advice.
* Coordinate new technology applications and communicate their benefits effectively.
