* Maintaining case information within the firm’s system, ensuring cases are kept up to date and that any important deadlines are clearly highlighted.
* Effectively liaising with clients, providing them with case updates / answering any queries.
* Drafting correspondence to external parties.
* Preparing important legal documents.
* Identifying cases for billing.
* Raising reports.
