The opportunity
This role exists because the UK market is opening up fast and the revenue team needs more qualified pipeline, now.
You’ll sit at the sharp end of the GTM motion, owning outbound and feeding a UK AE with consistent, high-quality SQLs. Today, most opportunities are self-sourced outbound. That’s intentional. Over time, marketing will warm the funnel, but this role is built for someone who can hunt without waiting to be spoon-fed.
Expect clear expectations. Around 7–8 SQLs per month. Enterprise buyers. Longer sales cycles. Real conversations with marketing and brand leaders, not tyre-kickers.
As the UK GTM structure matures, this role evolves. More territory ownership, tighter AE alignment, and a clear path beyond pure SDR work if you perform.
The ideal candidate
* Proven SaaS SDR (Mid-Enterprise) with clear evidence of quota attainment, not just activity -10-20 SQL's booked per month range.
* Strong outbound background. You know how to create opportunities, not wait for them.
* Natural hunter mindset. Comfortable hearing “no” and pushing anyway.
* Experience selling into marketing, digital, media, or AdTech environments is a big plus.
* Confident working with distributed teams and minimal hand-holding.
* Shows tenure, consistency, and intent to build something.
* High energy. You bring momentum, not noise.
