In this role you will be a HR Director for a client in the manufacturing/distribution industry. This role is responsible for to provide leadership and strategic direction for all HR functions across the organization.
This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree in HR or Business a requirement
* 7+ years of experience as a HR Director
* Must have a background in strategic leadership
* Must have a background in Manufacturing or Distribution
* Strong background in compensation design, performance management, compliance, and change management
* HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
* Must have a background with HRIS platforms and data-driven reporting
* Background in Change Management and Corporate Communications
* Payroll, Benefits, Systems & Administration background
* Compliance, Risk and Reporting background- must be able to do compliance reporting including: EEO-1, CA Pay Data, wage reporting, 401K audit support, OSHA, DOL, and EEOC requirements
* Talent, Performance, and Development experience
* Compensation, incentives and workforce planning experience
* Background with Strategic Leadership and Governance
* Limited travel but about 20-25% a year
