Aviation Team Leader - London (Hybrid) Our client, a leading global Insurance Broker, is seeking an experienced Aviation Insurance Team Leader to join their specialist team. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from their London office. What the day will look like as Aviation Team Leader: You will be responsible for managing key technical activities across the Broking and Placement process, with a particular focus on Aviation and Space insurance. A usual day will involve: Monitoring team activity and coordinating workload in line with SLAs by organising, prioritising, and making effective workload allocation decisions Engagement with the Broking teams on large, complex, global Insurance contracts, involving multiple insurers and high-value insurance placements Engaging with offshore partners to produce policy documents and invoice requests Increasing the level of processing knowledge and driving continuous improvement in all areas of processing Building strong relationships with colleagues, Brokers, Underwriters, and Network offices to ensure seamless service delivery.
