Description Wood is recruiting Programme Support Coordinators to join our Transformation PMO. Applicants should have a strong understanding of project and programme governance frameworks, along with experience supporting complex, cross-functional transformation programmes. This is a 12-month contract, and we are open to either fixed-term or contract engagement. We welcome applications from candidates based in Aberdeen who can work from the office three days per week. LI-Hybrid The Role In the role you will work within the programme team to help support and manage the programme while also providing bespoke support to programme workstreams, assisting with coordination and workstream governance and reporting. You’ll work closely with members of the Transformation PMO, as well as Workstream Leads and wider team members, building strong internal relationships to support programme delivery. Externally, you’ll engage with key contacts across partner programme support organisations. This role plays an important part in providing advice and support to enable effective decision-making, driving consistency, alignment and buy-in across the business. Expected: Experience in: PMO, project coordination, consulting, or transformation support Cost reduction or business improvement programmes Working in multi-functional, matrixed organisations Supporting programme governance, reporting, and delivery tracking preferred Exposure to large-scale transformation or change environments Skilled in: Project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) RAID management and reporting Document preparation and reporting (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Working knowledge of: EBIT drivers (cost reduction, margin improvement) Cash levers (working capital, capex, payables / receivables) Tracking and reconciling benefits realisation Linking operational delivery to financial outcomes Strong Excel skills; Power BI / Tableau (preferred) Data consolidation from multiple workstreams and systems Ability to produce clear, insight-driven dashboards and reports Strong written and verbal communication skills across senior leadership and stakeholders High attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work and prioritise effectively Ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and operate across diverse teams Ability to generate trust and credibility with audiences through continuous, open and consistent communication. Work effectively across different cultures, driving a global mind-set.
